At Journey and More, we strive to provide a simple and transparent refund process for all bookings made via our website, app, and support channels.
Cancellation & Refund Guidelines
- Refunds are processed after deducting applicable cancellation and non-refundable charges.
- Non-refundable charges include service fees, IRCTC fees (for train bookings), and “Zero Cancellation” fees.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method used at booking.
Refund Timeline
- Refunds are initiated within 2–4 working days of cancellation confirmation.
- The amount will reflect in your account within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Product-Specific Terms
- Flights & Hotels: Subject to airline or hotel cancellation policies.
- Holiday Packages: Refunds depend on timing and non-refundable components.
- Train Bookings: Processed as per IRCTC guidelines.
Offers & Discounts
If a booking with a discount or cashback is cancelled, the offer amount may be deducted from your refund.
