PAYMENT TERMS
- On confirmation, an advance deposit of 50% of land arrangements + flight tickets or amount equivalent to funds required to make some necessary purchases like; airline tickets or any hotel/supplier, need an immediate payment to confirm arrangements etc.
- Total amount/balance is due/payable 45 days prior to commencement of tour.
CANCELLATION TERMS
In all cases, once a booking has been guaranteed by us (under authorization of client) and is cancelled, client is liable to pay for whatever cancellation charges are levied by hotels, airlines and other service providers in that particular booking.
Cancellation charges are all calculated from the date of arrival:

Admin Charges and Cancellation Fees
No admin charges and cancellation fees by hotels/trains/safaris as per individual policy and advance purchase conditions.
Flights: Once flight tickets are issued, they become non-refundable, and any requests for modification will be subject to the airline’s terms and conditions.
31 – 45 days
No refund by the hotels or by Journey and More towards land arrangements and flight tickets

00 – 30 days
